3 Use of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4 Orders & Deliveries

  • KaduguDabba acts as a platform connecting users with food providers.
  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

5 Pricing & Payments

  • Prices shown in the app are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
  • KaduguDabba does not store your complete payment information.
  • In case of payment failure, the order may be canceled automatically.

6 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed according to the cancellation policy displayed in the app.
  • KaduguDabba reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, repeated cancellations, or false complaints.
  • Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway and bank policies.

7 Food Quality & Liability

  • KaduguDabba is not the manufacturer of food items.
  • Food quality, preparation, and hygiene are the responsibility of the respective food providers.
KaduguDabba is not liable for:
  • Food allergies
  • Health issues arising from consumption
  • Incorrect or incomplete food items provided by vendors

Users are advised to review food descriptions carefully before placing orders.

8 Promotions & Offers

  • Promotional offers are subject to specific terms displayed in the app.
  • KaduguDabba may modify or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.
  • Misuse of offers may result in account suspension.

9 Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, trademarks, designs, and software used in KaduguDabba are the property of KaduguDabba.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • KaduguDabba shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the last transaction made through the app.
